It, in this case, is my antipathy towards Josh O'Connor. He is a good actor. I didn't see Saturday Night Live yet, but we watched Wake Up Dead Man - the latest in the Knives Out series with Daniel Craig as inspector Benoit Blanc. It was fun, and Josh O'Connor as the young priest was excellent.
So... Not his acting. And his big ears don't bug me at all. I think Russell Tovey, also of prominent ears, is cute. Hell, I have some big ears (and they are uneven, but that is part of my charm).
No, the part that bugs me is that he seems to have neck beard everywhere.
For those that don't know, neck beard is the scraggly hair that trails off to nothing between the beard and neck. It is not good. Example below:

Maybe he should just wait to grow a beard until he gets a little older and can grow one.
Just me 2 cents. Like I said, he is a good actor and has succeeded well so far, so maybe he knows what he is doing. Hell, maybe women find a scraggly neck beard face hot?
